That is the person’s goals, talent, ability, the importance to think, say and do their best in anything and everything. This is not only at workplace but also at home. The ability to set personal and work related goals and achieving them help a person to build his or her confidence. As the person does this, a greater awareness would occur as he or she sees that there is more to life than just doing what you are told.
